We validate all orders as fast as possible, 24 hours a day. Upon that procedure, you will receive an e-mail message with purchased products activation data or further instructions for products customization, depending on your order.

Please note that you will not receive any installation media or hardcopies of any kind. In case you wish to have an installation and/or backup CD, please download the latest installation media image and record it on your own.

In case you did not receive activation keys or instructions for more than 8 hours after the online purchase, it means that either your or your Internet Service Provider's anti-spam filters mistreated our e-mail and deleted it without sending any feedback about canceled delivery. This is very rare situation, but it can happen. If so, please send us either:

• Your alternative e-mail address,

• Fax number or

• Phone number capable of receiving SMS messages.
